Refund policy

Returns Policy

  • Unwanted non personalised items can be returned, but would need to be in original packaging with the labels still attached.
  • You must notify Elkssons LTD via email to arrange a return - customerservice@elkssons.co.uk
  • We will charge a restocking fee of 25% for unwanted plain items.
  • If the item is faulty we will need to be notified within 48 hours of the item(s) being received.
  • Faulty items cannot be returned after 30 days of the item being received.
  • Unwanted items cannot be returned within 30 days of the item(s) being received.
  • We do not offer a pickup service and it is your responsibility to arrange the delivery of damaged and unwanted goods.

Refund Policy

  • We will refund items and orders that are faulty if notified to us within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
  • We may require a picture of the fault so we can raise this with our manufacturers before issuing a refund.
  • If you place an order and no longer require the items please inform us within 24 hours so we can issue a full refund.
  • We do not offer refunds on items that are personalised. We do however, send out a logo proof for approval and it is your responsibility to approve the design via email.
  • Please email customerservice@elkssons.co.uk to raise a case with our customer service team.
  • Refunds will be refunded back to the original payment method.

  • We do not offer exchanges of items that are personalised.
