FAQ's

What format do you need my logo to be in?

We can work from any file format uploaded to your order. We can even use screenshots and on occasions photos.

How long will my order take once I have placed the order?

We aim to get your order with you within 10-14 working days. This can depend on current workload and also stock levels. We will try and give you an estimated time once the logo has been approved.

Are you based in the UK?

Yes, we are based in Leicestershire and have state of the art machinery to complete the orders.

How will I receive my logo proof?

We will aim to get your logo proof sent to you via email within 5 working days of placing an order. You will receive an email from our customer service team. Please keep an eye on your junk or spam folders in case they get sent there.

I don't have a logo can you still embroider my company name?

Yes we can, we have provided text boxes on the product pages to enter your company name. We will create a text logo and digitise this for you for approval.

Is the logo personalisation included in the price?

Yes, all of our prices online include one logo embroidered on the left/right chest. Extra logo positions can be purchased on a per product basis.

 

Order Process

Please choose the items you wish to purchase and add your personalisation. You can upload your logo and choose your logo position. There is also a text box in case you would just like to have text embroidery/print. Be sure to write in the format you wish e.g. capitals, lowercase, correct spelling.

Once you have added your items to the cart and personalised them you can then checkout. This will send an email to the sales team at Elkssons Ltd. We will then check the order and ensure we can fulfil your items and personalisation.

 

Logo Approval

We will require your logo file to be uploaded online or sent to us via email. Once recieved we will digitise your logo ready for embroidery. Your logo proof will then be sent to you via our customer service team. You may discuss with them any colour or design alterations that may be required. Once approved, the production team will be given the go ahead to start your order.

Please note we digitise the logos in batches. Once ordered we will aim to send the logo proof within 5-7 working days. This process will not delay the lead times as we will be getting your order ready in the background.
